Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of Twine. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Last updated: October 26, 2026.

Who we are

Twine is provided by Helpful Intelligence (Peter Van Dijck, Calle Circon 5, Madrid, Spain). Contact: hello@twine.helpfulintelligence.co.

The service

Twine posts threads to Threads and Bluesky accounts you connect, from the web app or from an AI agent over MCP, with a random gap between posts. It is for business use. The service changes over time, and features may be added, changed or removed.

No warranty, no guarantees

Twine is provided as is and as available, with no warranty and no guarantees of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that data will not be lost, or that it will fit your purpose.

We do not guarantee any result from using Twine. This includes whether a post is published, when it is published, how it is shown, and the reach or results of any post. Threads and Bluesky are run by others and can change or fail without notice.

You are responsible for checking what you publish and what an AI assistant does in your account, including what it posts. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login secure, and for what happens under it. You must be able to enter into these terms on behalf of your business.

Your data

You own the data you put into Twine. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to use the data you enter, including the content of your posts. See the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use Twine to post anything illegal, spam, anything you do not have the right to share, or content that harasses or harms others. You must follow the rules of Threads and Bluesky for your accounts. Do not attack or overload the service. We can remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Trial, billing and cancellation

Plans have a 15-day free trial and are then billed monthly through Stripe. Prices include VAT. You can cancel at any time and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Prices may change; we will tell you in advance.

Ending these terms

You can stop using Twine at any time. We can suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. If we end the service, we will give notice and a way to export your data where we can.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell account holders by email. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
